Financial Information
In 2007, the organization introduced a volunteer donation policy of $25 per night for each individual volunteer. The donation was implemented to primarily help offset the two camps' operational costs. This contribution helps to defray the expenses of lodging and meals as well as construction materials needed for the projects. Since 2007, the camps have not increased the rate although the actual cost of housing each individual has risen gradually to $190.98. The table below illustrates the operational costs incurred by LESM's Recovery camps during 2009.
